PADI Tec 45 Diver

Continue your technical diving progression with the PADI Tec 45 Diver course. Building on the knowledge and skills developed during Tec 40, this course takes your training further by introducing more advanced decompression procedures, deeper dive planning, and the use of a decompression cylinder.

Technical diving requires discipline, precision, and strong teamwork. During the Tec 45 course, you will continue developing the mindset and procedures needed to plan and execute technical dives safely, while managing the additional risks of deeper and more complex dive profiles.

This course is also an important step for divers who want to continue toward the PADI Tec 50 Diver certification.

What You’ll Learn

Take Your Tec Training Further

The PADI Tec 45 Diver course is a major step in your technical diving journey. It helps you develop the confidence, discipline, and advanced procedures needed for deeper decompression dives, while preparing you for the next level: PADI Tec 50 Diver.

To enroll in the PADI Tec 45 Diver course, you must be at least 18 years old and have the following certifications or equivalent experience:

• PADI Tec 40 Diver certification or equivalent
• Rescue Diver certification or equivalent
• Proof of CPR and First Aid training within the previous two years
• Minimum of 50 logged dives
• At least 10 logged dives deeper than 30 meters / 100 feet

You must also provide a current medical statement signed by a physician confirming that you are fit to dive.

Two days.

• Pick-up: 7:30 a.m.
• Return to Cancún: Between 4:00 – 5:00 p.m.

• Bookings cancelled due to weather such us major storms or high wind speed, acts of mother nature or circunstances beyond our control will be rescheduled or subject to a full 100% refund.
• 100% refund if you cancel with up to 72 hours in advance of your scheduled activity.
• 50% refund if you cancel between 24 and 72 hours in advance of your activity.
• If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled activity, no refund will be provided.
• There is no reschedule option within 24 hours of your activity.
• No show for any reason of your scheduled dives or course, including: ill health, flight delays/cancelations, hangovers, late arrivals; no refund will be issued, non-attendance incurs charges that have to be fully covered.
• Refunds do not apply if you decide to interrupt your activity for any reason after it starts, including: seasickness, fear, ill health, ear problems/equalization issues, etc.
• Failure to disclose medical conditions and/or refusal to comply with sufficient safety times before flying informed in the activity, will result in your dive being cancelled with no refund.
